Order Placement

• Orders must be placed through our official website, phone, or in-person
• All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by Thai Bowl
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion

Pricing and Payment

• All prices are displayed in British Pounds (£) and include applicable taxes
• Prices may change without notice, but confirmed orders will honor the quoted price
• Payment is required at the time of order placement for online orders

• Delivery charges and service fees are additional to menu prices

Order Changes and Cancellations

• Order modifications may be possible if contacted within 5 minutes of placement
• Cancellations are accepted up to 10 minutes after order confirmation
• Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 3-5 business days
• Orders cannot be cancelled once food preparation has begun

• Delivery Area: We deliver within a specified radius of our restaurant location
• Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times are approximate and may vary due to weather, traffic, or high demand
• Minimum Order: A minimum order value may apply for delivery services
• Delivery Address: You must provide a complete and accurate delivery address
• Availability: You or an authorized person must be available to receive the order
• Failed Deliveries: If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address or unavailability, additional charges may apply for re-delivery
• Food Safety: Orders should be consumed promptly upon delivery for optimal quality and safety

• Our kitchen handles common allergens including nuts, dairy, gluten, soy, and shellfish
• Cross-contamination may occur despite our best efforts
• Customers with severe allergies should exercise caution and inform our staff
• We provide allergen information to the best of our knowledge, but ingredients may change
• Spice levels are indicated, but individual tolerance may vary
• Food should be consumed while fresh and stored properly if not eaten immediately

Refund Eligibility

• Order cancelled by Thai Bowl due to unavailability

• Food quality issues reported within 30 minutes of delivery/pickup
• Delivery failure due to our error

Refund Process

• Contact us immediately to report any issues
• Provide order details and description of the problem
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
• Processing time: 3-5 business days for card payments
• Partial refunds may be offered for partial order issues

Note: Food cannot be returned once delivered due to health and safety regulations.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Thai Bowl's liability is limited to the value of your order
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We do not guarantee delivery times, though we strive for accuracy
• Weather, traffic, and other external factors may affect service
• Individual reactions to food (allergies, preferences) are customer responsibility
• We maintain appropriate insurance coverage for our operations

• Text, graphics, logos, images, and photographs
• Menu descriptions and recipes
