3. Ordering and Payment Terms

Order Placement

  • Orders must be placed through our official website, phone, or in-person
  • All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by Thai Bowl
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion
  • Order confirmations will be sent via email or SMS

Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are displayed in British Pounds (£) and include applicable taxes

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 3-5 business days for card payments
  • Partial refunds may be offered for partial order issues

Note: Food cannot be returned once delivered due to health and safety regulations.
